Yes, Leon Health currently only operates in Miami-Dade County.
Is there an online system to verify member benefits and eligibility, authorizations, and claims status?
Participating providers have access to Leon Health’s provider portal.
How can a provider get access to the provider portal?
Participating providers will need to obtain a PIN Letter in order to create an account in the portal. If did not receive a PIN letter upon credentialing approval, please contact Provider Relations at email@example.com.
I received my PIN Letter, will all the members of my organization needing access be able to use the same PIN number?
Yes, a single PIN number number will be assigned to your organization’s TAX ID.
If I am not a participating provider, how can I verify member benefits and eligibility, authorizations, and claims status?
Non-participating providers will need to contact Provider Services at (833) 373-5366.
What is your member ID format?
The Member ID Number starts with an L and are followed by 8 digits. E.g. L12345678.
Do you have an electronic payment (EFT) option?
EFT coming soon to Leon Health.
For a Medicare plan, do we submit the ASC claims (place of service 24) in UB or HCFA format?
